Voluntary collection of
customer satisfaction for serveral external customer groups of the
federal communications commission using focus groups and
interviews
Reinstatement with change of a previously approved collection
This collection
was originally approved in August 1994. The survey was never
conducted. The results of this collection will be used to prepare a
statistical survey which will be submitted to OMB for clearance as
a separate collection. The length of the telephone interviews (12
questions) will be limited to one-half hour. The burden of this
collection was revised to reflect this. This collection does not
employ statistical methods.

sessions. Data will be shared with FCC staff to set customer
service standards.
