Originally the FCC thought that this form would be replaced by FCC for 1200 (now assigned OMB control number 3060-0601) and was cancelled on 6/30/94. However, it will not be fully superceded until 1996. Therefore, the FCC form 393 will be reinstated. A re-estimate of burd should be provided to OMB by the FCC in January 1995 to assess the shi to the new regulatory regime.
