THE ACCURACY OF INELIGIBLE DETERMINATIONS FOCUSING ON THE REASON(S)
FOR DENIAL OR TERMINATION OF ASSISTANCE. THE RESULTS OF NCA REVIEWS
ARE USED BY THE STATES AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO IDENTIFY
PROBLEM AREAS AND PLAN CORRECTIVE ACTIO INITIATIVES TO ELIMINATE
ERROR CAUSING SITUATIONS.
