which was withdrawn to allow ED more time in developing this
response) and 8/25/94. In addition, ED has agreed to meet the
following conditions: -- Issues of teacher supply and demand will
be addressed to the maximu extent possible in the second clearance
package for this study, which expects to submit soon. -- ED will
inform respondents to the survey of training providers that their
participation is voluntary; ED will revise the first line of the
last paragraph in the cover sheet "Background" section from "you
will receive a survey" to "you will be asked to participate in a
survey". -- Burden has been increased to reflect the burden for the
survey of training providers.
