Abstract: EPA IS ADDRESSING NEW INFO. COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR LAND DISPOSAL RESTRICTIONS (LDR) FOR NEWLY LISTED AND IDENTIFIED WASTES AND HAZARDOUS SOIL. THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL AFFECT A NUMBER OF GENERATORS AND TREATMENT, STORAGE AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES (TSDF'S) REGULATED UNDE THE RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND RECOVERY ACT (RCRA) OF 1976, AS AMENDED BY THE HAZARDOUS AND SOLID WASTE AMENDMENTS (HSWA) OF 1984.
