Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by NSF's memoranda to OMB of 3/16/95 and 3/23/95. OMB notes that the conditions of clearance provided for this package were not followed, nor did NSF follow up in a timely fashion to explain why they were not followed. Approval for collection of information through the form from unsuccessful applicants, and for the follow-up form as a whole, is conditioned that if NSF commences a long-term impact study of the YSP -- which we support -- this portion of the clearance shall no longer be valid (since the two activities would be duplicative).
