Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's 4/24/95 memorandum to OMB. In addition, ED has agreed to meet the following conditions: -- ED will subdivide burden estimates according to public, private non-profit, and proprietary schools, as was done for the previously approved FISAP. -- ED will add an instruction for schools that participate in Perkins and/or FWS, but not FSEOG, that they need not complete columns B or E for Part II, Seciton E, Qs. 25-40, since a break- out of students with previous BAs or first professional degrees is not necessary for these schools.
