Abstract: COURSE EVALUATION FORM IS USED TO COLLECT FEEDBACK FROM STUDENTS COMPLETING OSHA TRAINING INSTITUTE/EDUCATION CENTER COURSES. STUDENTS EVALUATE COURSE CONTENT, TRAINING ENVIRONMENT, TRAINING AIDS, QUALITY OF COURSE MATERIALS, AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LABORATORIES, WORKSHOPS, AND FIELD TRIPS. DATA IS USED TO ASSESS IF TRAINING OBJECTIVES/GOALS ARE BEING ACHIEVED.
