IN ADDITION, THE OFFEROR MUST ADVISE THE CONTRACTING OFFICER PRIOR TO SUBCONTRACTING WITH A CONTRACTOR DEBARRED, SUSPENDED, OR PROPOSED FOR DEBARMENT.
