Abstract: A SUBSET OF 15,600 DONORS OUT OF THE ORIGINALLY APPROVED 72,000 WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL SET OF QUESTIONS ALONG WITH THE EXISTING SURVEY INSTRUMENT. DATA FROM THESE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS WILL BE USED TO REFINE THE QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE NEXT ROUND OF THE SURVEY, SCHEDULED FOR OMB SUBMISSION IN MID-1995.
