Abstract: THE PROGRAM FOR NORTH AMERICAN COOPERATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION IS A COMPETITIVE APPLICATION PROCESS TO AWARD GRANTS TO GROUPS OF U.S. INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION, REPRESENTED BY ONE OF THEIR NUMBER THAT WILL SERVE AS LEAD INSTITUTION FOR THE U.S. MEMBERS OF THE CONSORTIUM, FOR AN EXPERIMENTAL PROGRAM THAT WILL SUPPORT COOPERATION AND EXCHANGE AMONG U.S., MEXICAN, AND CANADIAN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION. FUNDING WILL BE MULTI-YEAR WITH PROJECTS LASTING UP TO 3 YEARS.
