Abstract: FERC-549B information is required for a viable capacity release/open access national market for the transportation and/or storage of natural gas. The electronic bulletin boards (EBBs) are needed for the efficient operation of the capacity release mechanism/market and the methods shippers access such capacity data. Final rule (Order No. 577), issued March 29, 1995, in Docket No. RM95-5-000.
