This information collection request (ICR) is approved through August of 1998. However, the existing conditions on the use of this generic ICR remain in effect. Specifically, this ICR is only approved for collecting information for use in developing standards for categories of major sources. In addition, EPA shall provide to OMB for approval any customized forms that collect additional information not specifically included on the forms in this package, such as information that deals with particulate matter or equipment leaks.
