A Uniform Data System (UDS) has been
developed for primary care and family planning grantees funded by
the Bureau of Primary Health Care and the Office of Population
Affairs. The UDS consolidates the Bureau Common Reporting
Requirements (BCRR) and reporting requirements in grant
applications and progress reports.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
