DOL is seeking to reinstate as burden
hour adjustments those third-party disclosure paperwork burden
hours for 22 information coolection requests previously deleted as
a result of the Supreme Court Decision, Dole v. Steelworkers which
are now subject to OMB review and approval in accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
