Abstract: Official logbooks identify all particulars of the voyage of a vessel, which includes name of vessel, official number, port of registry, net tonnage, name of master, nature of voyage of particular voyage, which includes drills and tests of vessel equipment. The logbooks are used by the Coast Guard and shipping companies.
