Abstract: Several customer service satisfaction surveys are to be conducted under Executive order. At present these include the following: General Public Survey, Broadcast and Print Media Directors, NHTSA Technical Reference Library, Traffic Safety Problems Resource Center Users, and National Concerned About Motor Vehicle and Traffic Safety.
