The Immigration and Naturalization
Aien Guam Visa Waiver, Pub.L. 99-396, provides for certain aliens
to be exempt from the nonimmigrant visa requirement if seeking
entry into and stay on Guam as a visitor for a maximum stay of 15
days provided that no potential threat exists to the welfare,
safety, and security of the United States, its territories, and
commonwealths.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
