Abstract: The information obtained with these surveys will gather direct responses from FTA's customer base regarding service delivery which will be used as input to FTA's response to Executive Order 12862 "Setting Customer Service Standards." The instruments will be distributed to FTA's customers which include Transit Operators, Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), State DOTs, and private sector entities.
