Abstract: REGULATION DD IMPLEMENTS THE TRUTH IN SAVINGS ACT WHICH APPLIES TO ALL DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS EXCEPT CREDIT UNIONS. THE ACT IS INTENDED TO ENABLE CONSUMERS TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS ABOUT ACCOUNTS AT DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS.
