Abstract: FERC-11 information is required to develop statistics and studies in investigating the reasonableness of the various revenue and cost of service items claimed in section 7 certificate applications and section 4 and 5 rate filings/ cases under the Natural Gas Act. Final Rule, (Order No. 581) issued September 28, 1995, in Docket No. RM95-4-000, Re revisions to uniform system of accounts, forms, statements, and reporting requirements.
