Abstract: The goals of this study of the State Law Enforcement Bureau (SLEB) agreements are to describe the levels of investigative activity into food stamp trafficking generated by the agreements and to assess possible reasons for variations in performance. USDA/FCS executed the SLEB agreements as a way for States to use FCS-issued coupons in investigating violations of laws governing the Food Stamp Program.
