The Republic of Korea (ROK) has passed
new ROK regulations that require additional specific certification
before shipments of poultry can be voluntarily exported from the
United States (or any country) to the ROK. The data will be used by
the Government of the ROK to assure their consumers and producers
that harmful diseases, residues, and so forth are not introduced
into the ROK.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
