Under proposed amendments to 9 CFR 318.21 and 381.153, laboratories applying for FSIS accreditations would be required to collect and submit information to the Agency on designated forms. Requirements for reporting results of analysis of official and check samples by FSIS-accredited laboratories would be continued.
