Approved with
the understanding that the Department will submit no later than
June, 1996 a corrected estimate of the dollar cost of annual
reporting and recordkeeping cost burden reported in item 14 of Form
83-I(items 14e and f.1. should also be completed, as a correction
of item 13 of the narrative statement). Note that item 14 of Form
83-I should not duplicate the burden hours reported in item 13.
This means that dollar estimates of the cost of hours reported in
item 13 are not to be reported in item 14. Item is to include
dollar estimates of work performed under outside contracts, and
other costs such as equipment purchases not represented in an
estimate of hours.
