OMB requests a status report on the pilot project in Region 3, due 6/30/97.__As part of this clearance, OMB expects continued progress towards a cost-effectiv e automated data system. EPA no longer needs to display the expiration date on the forms included in this ICR package.

U.S. Customs regulations require importers to submit a Notice of Arrival, reviewed by EPA, for all imported pesticides and devices. This process is necessary for Customs to comply with FIFRA section 17(c), which requires EPA be notified of all such imports.
