Abstract: This report has been jointly designed and used by the Federal financial institutions supervisory agencies, the Department of Justice, and the F.B.I. It is used to detect and to track suspected criminal misconduct in financial institutions. The Secret Service also uses this form in cases involving credit card fraud.
