each individual survey to OMB for clearance as soon as possible,
but in no case less than three weeks in advance of the intended
starting date of the survey. Each submission will detail the survey
design, including respondent pool, sampling method, collection
procedures, expected response rate, and any follow-up procedures
employed. Two copies of each submission should be sent directly to
the desk officer under this OMB Control Number.

This is a generic clearance for an
undefined number of surveys to be conducted over the next three
years. These surveys are designed to obtain customer feed back
relating to products, services and related service standards of the
U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
