This collection of information is approved. However, as the Agency moves toward increased reliance on in use testing, this program loses its practical utility. Therefore, upon submission of this collection for renewal, the Agency shall include a justification for the continuation of this program. This justification should include the actual numbers of SEAs perfomed by the Agency during the clearance period and the number of such SEAs that resulted in corrective action on the part of the manufacturer.
