Abstract: Manufacturers of a on-highway HD engines, nonroad compression ignition engines, and on-highway vehicles and engines will report and keep records of production information test data, audit information, audit reports, and test laboratory information. Manufacturers will submit reports when an audit is complete. EPA will use this information of verify compliance with emission standards.
