Terms of Clearance: Approved; DOL addendum of 9/23/96. As a condition of clearance, DOL shall provide OMB with a copy of the fall 1995 reengineering process recommendations. Also, DOL shall provide an outline and a timeline for the development of the fee structure. Lastly, once immigration legislation this session is completed, DOL shall provide a description of the required regulatory and legislative changes necessary for reengineering.
