Terms of Clearance: OMB approves the customer satisfaction survey submitted on January 15, 1997. In addition, Coast Guard should continue to pu t together a final listing, particularly those which fall in cate gory 1 of the October 3, 1996 memorandum from OIRA to the DOT Cle arance Office (Clarke/Leach memo). Until such time as these item s have been finally reviewed and approved, Coast Guard should submit brief justifications and the survey instruments it propose s to use.
