Abstract: CCC programs EQIP, WHIP and FPP require land management or struc- tural practices to be adopted to addres a natural resource con- cern such as nonpoint pollution, development of wildlife habitat or erosion reduction for enrolled land. These measures may be eligible for cost-share or incentive payments. Country FSA com- mittees are responsible for approving or disapproving contracts and dispensing payments.
