In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and 5 CFR 1320, this
information collection must be modified to address the following:
1) In the Paperwork Reduction Act Statements (two places on each
form), the following must be included: "An agency may not conduct
or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a
collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number." 2) All burden statements must be changed to
reflect the information on the 83-I and supporting statement. 3)
Both of the forms must display the OMB control number.

Data collected will be used to
determine hunter eligibility, number of animals harvested,
effectiveness of season lenghts, harvest quotas and restrictions.
When success information is evaluated, the Subsistence Board will
utilize it to set future seasons and bag limits to meet the needs
of eligible subsistence hunters.
