This ICR is
approved under 5 CFR 1320. When EPA resubmits this ICR for renewal,
it shall explicitly address several issues in the Supporting
Statement: allowing the use of electronic recordkeeping to fulfill
record retention requirements as a way to reduce the burden of the
ICR requirements; dropping or changing the requirement that LDR
notifications accompany shipments destined for recycling, as a way
to eliminate the collection of information which may not have
practical utility; developing and, perhaps, pilot testing, of
electronic submittal and tracking of manifests, as a way to
streamline and reduce the burden of reporting requirements.
