This clearance package provides burden estimates associated with the information collection requirements for RCRA Hazardous Waste Specific Unit Requirements, and Special Waste Processes and Types. The regulations implementing these requirements are pub- lished in 40 CFR parts 261, 264, 265, and 266, subpart F. The collection of this information enables EPA to properly determine whether owners/operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities meet the requirements of Section 3004 of RCRA.
