Abstract: This clearance package provides burden estimates associated with the information collection requirements for RCRA Part B Permit Application, Permit Modifications, and Special Permits. The regulations implementing these requirements are published in 40 CFR parts 264 and 270. The collection of this information enables EPA to properly determine whether owners/operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities meet the requirement of Sections 3004 and 3005 of RCRA.
