Rule 11Ac1-1 currently requires
national securities exchanges and registered national securities
associations to establish and maintain procedures for collecting
from their members bids, offers, and quotation sizes for any
subject security and for making such information availabe to
quotation vendors and requires each exchange specialist and OTC
market maker to promptly communicate to its exchange or association
its bids, offers, and quotation sizes for any subject security
listed on an exchange if the exchange or OTC market maker is
responsible for more than 1% of the aggregated trading volume in
that security.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
