The Organization for Economic
Cooperation and Development (OECD) is a member international
organization which promotes economic and industrial growth. U.S.
participation in the OECD Industrial Subsidies Data Base project
requires U.S. information on State/Federal support to manufacturing
from 1989-93. The U.S. will receive access to information submitted
by other member countries.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
