Reinstatement without change of a previously approved
collection
Flammability standards for children's
sleepwear in sizes 0 through 14 require those products to
self-extinguish when exposed to a small, open-flame ignition
source. The standards and implementing regulations require
manufacturers and importers of children's sleepwear to perform
testing and maintain records of test results and other
information.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
