Abstract: Section 73.2080 requires that each broadcast station shall establish, maintain, and carry out a program to assure equal employment opportunity in every aspect of a station's policy and practice. Data is used by a broadcast licensee in preparation of its Broadcast EEO Program Report (FCC 396) submitted with its application for renewal of license and its Broadcast Annual Employment Report (FCC form 395-B) submitted once a year.
