Abstract: The law and regulations require that a disability annuitant who is restored to earning capacity before reaching age 60 lose his/her annuity. RI-30-2 is used by disability annuitants under age 60 to report their earnings; this is done annually. RI-30-44 is used to report earnings when the information from the RI-30-2 is unusable.
