Section 322 of the Immigration and Nationality Act enables a United States citizen parent, who is unable to transmit citizenship on his or her children, to use a citizen grandparent's residence for transmission. This form is required so that information on a grandparent's residence may be collected to establish a child's eligibility for naturalization.
