The objective of NAFTA is to eliminate
barriers to trade in goods and services between the United States,
Mexico, and Canada; facilitate conditions of fair competition
within the free trade area; liberalize significantly conditions for
investments within the free trade area; establish effective
procedures for the joint administration of the NAFTA; and the
resolution of disputes.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
