Abstract: Used to measure advertising effectiveness and provide data for strategies to be used in advertising. The affected public includes non-prior service individuals 16-21 years of age within the U.S. This information is needed to determine management decisions on objectives and strategies of advertising, media selection, and the evaluation of the advertising and recruiting process.
