This ICR is
approved under 5 CFR 1320 for three years. EPA is to be commended
for undertaking consultation with affected entities and
incorporating the information gained into a substantial re-estimate
of the burden associated with the current NSR requirements. EPA
states in the ICR that it expects to complete the final NSR Reform
revisions by about 6/98. At that time EPA shall revise his ICR to
reflect the actual post-reform requirements, and the estimated
burden associated with it. In particular, EPA should provide a
detailed assessment of the numbers of minor NSR permitting actions,
and the associated burden.
