Abstract: The purpose of the National Service Member Exit Form (NMSEF) is to obtain certification that an Americorps member has completed a term of service and thus qualifies for an educational award and to provide the Corporation for National Service with basic member satisfaction data for program monitoring and evaluation. This form is provided with the enrollment form to each member and Program Director for evaluation at the same time.
