Terms of Clearance: The FCC has permission to strip off existing outdated fee information and use the FCC 159 as the primary fee collection instrument. The FCC also has permission to delete the expiration date, but shall ensure that a revision date is used. OMB supports FCC's efforts to ensure broad access to this form using the internet and its efforts to promote electronic commerce with appropriate security safeguards. Finally, the FCC shall ensure that TIN information provided is protected from inadvertant release to the public and from misuse by agency or contractor personnel.

The forms have been revised to include taxpayer identification number, which is used for anyone who requests services from the agency.
