Abstract: This collection of information is needed to implement the CDQ Program, which has just been greatly expanded in scope. The information will be used primarily to monitor the catch of CDQ fish to ensure that no quotas are exceeded. The respondents will be any persons that voluntarily choose to participate in the program.
