This generic
clearance applies only to customer surveys serving as simple
feedback instruments to gather complaints, suggestions and other
reactions to services. The plan submitted does not support surveys
intented to generate quantitative performance measures for
comparitive purposes. Should any of the listed potential surveys
develop into quantitative/comparitive instruments, either another
generic clearance with an appropriate plan or an individual
clearance would be required. The annual burden hour budget is shown
as the average of a three year plan with slightly different yearly
projected burdens. The cumulative burden budget of 13,102 hours is
approved regardless of annual distribution.

These anonymous customer surveys will
be used to ascertain customer satisfaction with the SBA in terms of
timelines, appropriateness, access, and other measures of quality
service.
